Order Conditions
1.1. These conditions apply to the legal relationships arising from services and product purchases between the individual (hereinafter referred to as the Guest) and the owner of the booking environment https://ratturitalu.eu (hereinafter referred to as the Ratturitalu booking environment).
1.2. In addition to these conditions, the legal relationships arising from services and product purchases facilitated through the Ratturi talu booking environment are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. Transactions in the booking environment may only be conducted by individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally competent. The consequences of orders made by individuals who do not meet these requirements are the responsibility of the person whose bank account was used for payment.
1.4. Ratturi talu does not sell alcohol to customers under 18 years of age. The hotel has the right to request identification from individuals to verify their age and may refuse to fulfill orders for underage customers. Prepayments for additional orders containing alcoholic beverages made by minors will be refunded only up to the cost of the alcoholic drink, using the bank account through which the payment was made.
Pricing Information
2.1. All prices are in euros and include the value-added tax (VAT) applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
2.2. Pay close attention to the selected pricing information. Prepayment is mandatory for certain prices. If you cancel a price with prepayment conditions, the accommodation provider has the right not to refund the prepaid amount.
Payment Conditions for Prepaid Products
3.1. Customers purchasing services or products through the Ratturi talu booking environment must pay the full price of the selected service. By making the payment, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted all terms and rules made available by the service provider through the booking environment.
3.2. Payment for the amount specified in the online booking environment can be made via bank transfer
Ordering and Order Confirmation
4.1. When placing an order, please enter the guest’s name, phone number, email address, address, arrival date, and number of nights in the booking system. Your order is confirmed once you receive the order confirmation.
4.2. Orders with promo codes: To obtain a promo code, it is necessary to directly conclude an agreement with Ratturi talu. All details (promo code name, validity period, conditions, etc.) will be agreed upon personally between you and Ratturi talu (email: ratturitalu@gmail.com). Your order is confirmed once you receive the order confirmation.
Order Cancellation, Modification, and Refund 5.1. Different cancellation and refund conditions apply to accommodation and accommodation packages. The modification, cancellation, and refund conditions for accommodation and accommodation packages are specified in the pricing description of the selected accommodation and/or package in the booking environment. If you cancel a price with prepayment conditions, the hotel has the right not to refund the prepaid amount.
5.2. The validity of accommodation and/or package is based on the start and end dates specified for the accommodation and/or package. If the validity period is exceeded, the accommodation and/or package becomes invalid and is not eligible for refund or exchange.
5.3. To modify an order, please create a new order and cancel the previous one. The new order may have a different price and available room category.
Privacy Policy
6.1. Personal data provided during the ordering and purchasing process in the online booking environment are confidential and are processed in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act.
6.2. Ratturi talu will not disclose the Guest’s personal data to third parties without the Guest’s consent, except in cases provided by law.
6.3. The personal data processed include information requested from the Guest when placing an order (first and last name, address, phone number, email address).
Additional Information About the Hotel
7.1. If you have received a confirmation for a hotel room booking, but it turns out that the hotel room cannot be provided to you, the company is obliged to offer you a better or equivalent hotel room in the same area at no additional cost.
7.2. Arrival and departure: The hotel room is available to you from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival until 12:00 PM on the day of departure.
7.3. Smoking rules: Ratturitalu is intended for non-smokers. If the Guest violates the non-smoking policy, the company has the right to demand compensation for costs from the Guest.
7.4. Pets are allowed in our hotel rooms and may incur an additional fee.
7.5. The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings left or forgotten in the rooms and sauna center or elsewhere on the hotel premises.
Miscellaneous
8.1. Disputes arising between the Customer (Guest) and Ratturi talu from ordering and purchasing services through the booking environment will be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the Customer (Guest) has the right to seek protection of their rights from the Consumer Protection Board. Disputes and issues not addressed in these terms will be resolved based on the laws in force in the Republic of Estonia.
